Microneedling

What is microneedling?

Microneedling or collagen induction therapy is a procedure that uses small needles to create controlled micro injury’s in the skin. This promotes the skin to heal and increases collagen production. Microneedling helps treat multiple skin conditions including – fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, skin texture and hyperpigmentation. Treatments are done 4-6 weeks apart. Multiple treatments are needed to see desired results. Numbing cream is applied prior to your procedure for comfort.

The device used to microneedle the skin, is a Health Canada approved microneedling pen purchased through a licensed medical supplier.
