Client Refusal
permanent arch cosmetic tattoo inc. reserves the right to refuse any client.
Corrective Work
Some work may need to be removed before any additional procedures can take place. Results are not guaranteed when tattooing over another artists work, and some individuals will require one or multiple colour corrections before hand. All corrective work must be booked as a new appointment, not a touch up. When booking a touch up, if you are not a current client you need to book a new appointment. Your current work may need more then just a touch up!
Payments/Refunds
Debit/interact, all major credit cards, cash & E-Transfer are all accepted forms of payment.
No refunds will be given as each procedure is taken out at a cost to the studio. Results are not guaranteed, as many factors outside of the artist can affect the healing process and final result. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Rescheduling/Cancellations/Late Appointments/Deposits
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with 72 hours notice, prior to your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, it is at the artists discretion whether or not the appointment can go forward. Deposits are non-refundable. If you no show your appointment you forfeit your deposit. Deposits will be carried to new appointments when rescheduled or cancelled within the 72 hour time frame.
Results are not guaranteed
There are many outside factors that can affect the healing results of the tattoo.
Please be aware that more than one touch up may be needed to achieve desired results, touch ups are not included.
Keep in mind
It is not recommended to undergo any cosmetic tattooing procedure if you are currently:
Pregnant or nursing;
Undergoing chemotherapy;
Had Botox within a 2 week period of the appointment;
Had any laser resurfacing eg. BBL, IPL, photo facials etc within a 2 week period of the appointment;
Epileptic;
Have used Accutane in the last 6 months;
Have a pacemaker;
Prone to keloid scarring; and
Have had laser eye surgery within the last 6 months.
Please check with your family physician if you have any concerns or questions with the above, in regards to cosmetic tattooing.
